Our certified organic family farm grows walnuts over 5.5 hectares of rolling hills nestled beside the Tamar River. The Chandler and Franquette walnuts are harvested over 4 weeks to ensure ripeness and shell integrity. Drying is slowly achieved under 30 degrees celsius. Our philosophy is quality first.
